Restock Policy / 재입고 정책

 품절 상품의 재입고 여부는 미정이며, 

재입고가 진행되지 않을 수 있습니다.

Production Period / 제작 기간

 제작 상품의 경우 주문 확정 후 

약 7–14영업일의 제작 기간이 소요됩니다.

 Made-to-order items require approximately

 7–14 business days for production 

after order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy / 주문 취소

프리오더 및 제작 상품은 주문 확정 이후 취소가 불가합니다.

 Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be canceled 

after order confirmation.

Exchange & Return Policy / 교환 및 반품 정책

Eligibility Period / 교환·반품 가능 기간

상품 수령 후 7일 이내 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다.

 Exchanges and returns are accepted within 

7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

다음의 경우 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다.

– 상품 착용, 세탁, 수선 또는 사용 흔적이 있는 경우

– 패치 장착, 탈착, 커스터마이징이 이루어진 경우

– 상품 훼손, 오염, 구성품 누락 시

 Exchanges and returns are not accepted if:

– The item has been worn, washed, altered, 

or shows signs of use

– Patches have been attached, removed, or customized

– The item is damaged, soiled, or missing components

Return Shipping Fees / 배송비 부담

 단순 변심에 의한 교환·반품 시 왕복 배송비는 고객 부담입니다.

 상품 불량 또는 오배송의 경우 배송비는 당사에서 부담합니다.

 For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, 

round-trip shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 In cases of defective or incorrect items, 

shipping fees will be covered by us.
